Hodson of Hodson Realty, Inc. brokers $725,000 sale of one acre site
Hodson Realty, Inc. negotiated the sale of a one acre commercial development site which was formerly three residential parcels. The site consists of 2641 & 2651 Old Town Rd. and 4857 Main St. The newly approved commercial site will be developed by the buyer and occupied by a new TD Bank, retail bank branch. The gateway parcel at the Bridgeport-Trumbull town line will showcase TD Bank's high quality, free standing facility.
The sellers of the property were Sandy Terebesi and Charles Casano and the buyer was Sound Development Corporation.
Stephen Hodson, president of Hodson Commercial, represented both the sellers and buyer in the transaction.
