Orthodic and Prosthetic Systems LLC as tenant. The property consists of 1,200 s/f on the second floor. At 2 Corporate Dr., Trumbull, Hodson concluded a five-year lease at suite 109 & 110 between Corporate Drive Office Center LLC as landord and Dr. Tonya Cremins as tenant. The total office space consists of 2,349 s/f. At 185 Charles St., Stratford, Hodson brokered a $250,000 sale between Addlund Realty Co. as seller and Domack Restoration LLC as the buyer. The property is a 3,226 s/f contractor building. As 601 Main St., Monroe, Hodson conclused a five-year lease between Fairfield County Real Estate Trust as landlord and All-Star Driver, LLC as tenant. The property consists of 1,284 s/f. At 500 Purdy Hill Rd., Monroe, Hodson concluded a five-year lease of units 8 & 9 between John and Patricia Christo as landlord and Tashua Healthcare Management LLC as tenant.
