Hodson of Hodson Realty, Inc. negotiates $4 million sale of a 42,821 s/f office building - formerly a satellite facility for Sacred Heart University
Trumbull, CT Hodson Realty, Inc. negotiated the sale of a 42,821 s/f office building located at 101 Oakview Dr., on 8.59 acres which was formerly a satellite classroom and office facility of Sacred Heart University. The $4 million sale included an additional 3.5 acre adjacent parcel of vacant land located at 109 Oakview Dr.
The new owners will redevelop the property to include a 130-unit, 55 and over, independent living facility.
Stephen Hodson, president of Hodson Realty, represented both the buyer and seller.
Hodson Realty’s commercial division specializes in commercial-investment real estate.
