Holden joins First Realty Management Corp. as vice president

Kathryn Kargman Holden has joined First Realty Management Corp. (FRM) as a vice president. Holden is the daughter of FRM president William Kargman and granddaughter of Max Kargman, whose entry into real estate and property development in the mid-1960s formed the basis of the company that now provides services to more than 70 properties and 7,000 units throughout Mass., R.I. and southern N.H. Among her responsibilities, Holden will serve as the company's representative to the National Affordable Housing Management Association and the New England Affordable Housing Management Association. She received her master's degree in business administration from Cornell University, a law degree from Boston College Law School and an undergraduate degree from Harvard University. "We're thrilled that Kathryn is joining the company. We have no shortage of work to be done and we know she will be an excellent fit for our organization," said Jan Brandin, First Realty's chief operating officer.
