Holmes Realty Co., Inc. completed the leasing of 16,264 s/f of first class office space for Fitts Insurance and Thermoflow at 2 Willow St. Fitts Insurance leased 6,264 s/f and Thermoflow leased 10,000 s/f. Garry Holmes and Jim Bartholomew of R.W. Holmes were the sole brokers. Fitts Insurance is an insurance agency serving the needs of businesses, families and individuals throughout eastern and central Mass. Thermoflow is a developer of thermal engineering software for the power and cogeneration industries and provides the world's most popular program for designing gas turbine-based plants.
