Holmes and Sullivan of R.W. Holmes arrange 75,000 s/f lease

According to R.W. Holmes Realty Co., Inc., American Power Conversion (APC) has extended their lease for 75,000 s/f at Forest Ridge Park, 85 Rangeway Rd. APC is leasing all of building two and half of building three. In 2007, Schneider Electric acquired APC and formed the Critical Power and Cooling Services (CPCS) Business Unit, which includes the APC and MGE UPS Systems brands. The CPCS Business Unit reported revenue of $3.5 billion in 2007 and employs 12,000 people worldwide. Schneider Electric, with 112,000 employees and operations in 190 countries, had 2007 annual sales of $25 billion K&L Realty is the owner of Forest Ridge Park which includes three buildings totaling 150,000 SF. Jason Levendusky and David Connolly of CB Richard Ellis represented APC and Garry Holmes, SIOR and Bill Sullivan of R.W. Holmes Realty represented K&L Realty.
