Holod and Hampe of John D. Hastings leases 6,500 s/f

According to Westport Family Y, their award-winning gymnastics program will be moving to 145 Main St. into 6,500 s/f, effective June 1. The Westport-Weston Family Y is completing a 54,000 s/f building on their Camp Mahackeno Campus which will not have room for the Gymnastics Center; an approved 48,000 s/f addition will be built later as phase 2 to house gymnastics and a child care facility. The 145 Main St. building is a multi-tenanted 54,000 s/f unit provides a needed 25-foot ceiling and an opportunity to add 2,500 s/f to the existing building in downtown Westport. Mark Holod and Ted Hampe, vice presidents of John D. Hastings represented the Y in this transaction. David Flayhan, president of The Southpoint Group was the listing broker for Stanley Seligson, the owner of the 145 Main Street building.
