Horvath and Mancinone of Marcus & Millichap sell Black Rock building
Robert Horvath and Adam Mancinone of Marcus & Millichap Investment Real Estate Services were the sole brokers in the sale of 2716 Fairfield Ave. The price was $1.4 million.
The property is a 9,960 s/f mixed use building in the Black Rock section of the city.
The building was sold by a Fairfield based developer, and purchased by a New York based investor.
