Horvath and Tremblay of Marcus & Millichap negotiate $1.38m sale
Robert Horvath and Todd Tremblay of Marcus & Millichap Investment Real Estate Services were the sole brokers in the sale of 87 Charles St. The 12 unit apartment building was sold for $1.38 million.
The brick apartment building is comprised of one bedroom units. The buyer is a local investor.
