Horvath and Tremblay of Marcus & Millichap Real Estate Investment Services broker $2.975 million sale

Bob Horvath and Todd Tremblay of Marcus & Millichap Real Estate Investment Services have brokered the transaction of The Learning Experience. The sale was closed at a price of $2.975 million. The property, located at 206 Great Rd., is strategically located on Route 2A and is within one mile of Interstate 495. The building is situated on 1.87 acres of land and consists of an 11,000 s/f building with an additional 5,000 s/f of outdoor playground space. The Learning Experience signed a 16 year lease with two 5-year options in February of 2009. Horvath and Tremblay exclusively represented the seller, Omni Ventures 208 Great Road LLC and Ryan Cockerill and Simon Jonna represented the buyer, Charles Kunz. Marcus & Millichap is one of the largest firm specializing in commercial real estate investment services in the nation. Marcus & Millichap closed 5,085 transactions in 2011, the highest of any commercial real estate brokerage firm.
