Horvath and Tremblay of Marcus & Millichap Real Estate Investment Services sell post office for $1.28 million

Bob Horvath and Todd Tremblay, vice presidents of investments at Marcus & Millichap Real Estate Investment Services, have brokered the transaction of the U.S. Post Office. The U.S. Post Office located at One Highland Rd. closed at a sale price of $1.28 million. The 1,985 s/f building was built in June of 2010. There are 16 years remaining on the original 20-year lease which includes (2) five year options. Residents rely on this facility to receive their daily mail. There currently is no home delivery in town. Horvath and Tremblay exclusively represented both the seller, S&R Realty Trust and the buyer, Blodgett Avenue LLC. With more than 1,100 investment professionals in offices nationwide, Marcus & Millichap is one of the largest firms specializing in commercial real estate investment services in the nation.
