Dennis Port, MA Commercial Realty Advisors has completed sale of 645 Main St. for $1.9 million. Aaron Webb of Commercial Realty Advisors represented the buyer, Foley Hospitality Partners, in the acquisition of the property. The seller was represented by Aphrodite Karpouzis of Gibson Sotheby’s International Realty.

The property is slated to become Backyard by Foley’s, a large-scale entertainment venue developed by the family behind Boston’s J.J. Foley’s, one of the city’s longest-standing and most recognized hospitality establishments.

The property occupies a location along Rte. 28 and is expected to bring a new entertainment and hospitality destination to Cape Cod. Plans for Backyard by Foley’s include creating a gathering place for both residents and visitors.

“This transaction represents an exciting investment in Dennis Port and the broader Cape Cod hospitality market,” said Webb. “The Foley family has a long-standing reputation for creating successful hospitality destinations, and we are excited to see their vision come to life here on Cape Cod.”

The acquisition reflects continued investor confidence in Cape Cod’s hospitality sector and highlights the ongoing demand for commercial properties that can support destination-oriented concepts.

Commercial Realty Advisors congratulates Foley Hospitality Partners, the seller, and all parties involved in bringing this transaction to a close.
