Horvath, Tremblay, Kelleher and Pentore of Marcus & Millichap Real Estate Investment Services brokers sale of mixed-use building for $841,000

Bob Horvath and Todd Tremblay, vice presidents of investments, along with Dennis Kelleher and John Pentore of Marcus & Millichap Real Estate Investment Services, have brokered the transaction of 279 Massachusetts Ave. The sale closed at a price of $841,000. Horvath, Tremblay, Kelleher and Pentore exclusively represented both the seller, Moses Avakain, and the buyers, Eric and Sophia Boyer. Located on Massachusetts Ave., the 4,653 s/f, mixed-use office and apartment building was built in 1935. It is comprised of eight offices located on the basement and first floors and (2) one bedroom, one bathroom apartments on the second floor. There are two tandem parking spaces allotted to the building along with one additional separate space for total of five parking spaces. The property is in a desirable location for both families and traveling commuters as it is less than a mile from Cambridge and four miles from Boston.
