Horvath & Tremblay sells One Framingham Centre for $7.9 million

Framingham, MA Bob Horvath and Todd Tremblay of Horvath & Tremblay, have completed the sale of One Framingham Centre. Horvath and Tremblay exclusively represented the seller and procured the buyer to close the property at a sale price of $7.9 million.

One Framingham Centre is a 38,543 s/f mixed-use property located at the intersection of Rte. 9 (Worcester Rd.) and Edgell Rd. The property features two renovated mixed-use, buildings and a newly constructed, free-standing IHOP restaurant with a 20-year ground lease. The center offers excellent visibility and signage with over two acres of land fronting Rte. 9 at a signalized intersection. One Framingham Center is currently 96% leased to a diverse mix of retail and office tenants.
