Branford, CT The Geenty Group, Realtors, has leased a 768 s/f industrial unit in a multi-tenant facility at 11 Sycamore Way. The tenant is William Riegelmann. He will utilize the space for light assembly of medical products and the storage of related equipment.

The landlord is Gray Eagle Corp. Bill Clark, senior vice president at The Geenty Group, was the sole agent in this transaction.
