HOTWORX to open first Massachusetts location

Northborough, MA According to Capital Group Properties, a new retail fitness tenant, HOTWORX, is coming to Post Road Marketplace, a 33,000 s/f mixed-use building located at 318 Main St. This new 2,200 s/f HOTWORX location is slated to open in 2021, marking the company’s first location in Massachusetts.

HOTWORX is a unique fitness concept that includes virtually instructed High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) and Isometric workouts, paired with the many benefits of infrared heat absorption. Their “3D Training” program combines heat, infrared and exercise to accelerate detoxification through muscle contraction for a unique workout experience.

HOTWORX will join a diverse mix of current tenants at Post Road Marketplace, including Tavern in the Square and the new Aero Coffee Roasters (3,384 s/f), which opened in the second quarter of 2020 and serves gourmet roasted coffee and handmade sandwiches.

Post Road Marketplace is a first-class retail and office building located on Rte. 20 at the Northborough/Marlborough line. Its accessible location near Rte. I-495 draws shoppers seeking a variety of offerings from restaurants and retail to medical and fitness services.
