Howard L. Page & Co. Howard L. Page & Co. LLC was established in 1941 by Howard L. Page who ran the firm until his death in 1958. William Romani Jr. was managing partner of the firm from 1958 until his passing in 2000. The current partners, Margaret Romani Mayer (managing partner) and Richard Farina, have over 50 combined years of experience in public accounting.
