Howard of U.S. Properties and Lyman of Lyman Real Estate co-broker $1.1 million sale
Susan Howard of U.S. Properties, Inc. and Ron Lyman of Lyman Real Estate have brokered the sale of the Liberty Bank building at 597 Long Hill Rd. for $1.1 million. Howard represented the buyer, Liberty Hill LLC and Lyman represented the seller, Liberty Groton, LLC. The 3,244 s/f building is fully leased by Liberty Bank.
The buyer was represented by Paul Geraghty, Esq. of Geraghty and Bonnano Law Firm in New London. The seller was represented by Lawrence Langerman, Esq. of Karp and Langerman Law Firm in Milford.
