Howard Stein Hudson names Latini chief engineer

Chelmsford, MA Howard Stein Hudson (HSH) has named Rick Latini to the position of chief engineer.

Latini’s experience in land use permitting and infrastructure design spans more than 20 years.  In his capacity as chief engineer, he will lead Quality Assurance and Quality Control (QA/QC) for all public and private company projects.

Among the many recent projects that bear Latini’s mark at HSH are: the design of Charlesview at Brighton Mills; Weymouth Landing streetscape improvements in Braintree and Weymouth; and Meriel Marina Bay, a 350-unit residential project in Quincy.

Latini, who joined HSH in 2009, holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Mass., Lowell.

He is a member of the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties (NAIOP) Mass.; the Urban Land Institute (ULI); the American Society of Civil Engineers; the Boston Society of Civil Engineers; and is a trustee of the Quincy Historical Society.
