Stratford, CT Ted Hoyt of Hodson Realty, Inc. transacted the sale of 3060 Main St. for $950,000.  Hoyt represented the owner in the purchase of the 12,500 s/f building. The buyer, Visiting Nurses Association of Stratford, was represented by George Chiodo of Keller Williams, Trumbull.
