Hughes and Reimann of New Dover Associates handle $2.75 million sale

Norwood, MA Scott Hughes, president, and Ted Reimann, vice president of New Dover Associates, Inc., represented the buyer, 50 Kerry Place, LLC, in the sale of 50 Kerry Place for the purchase price of $2.75 million. 

The seller, John Reardon, was represented by Mark Kearins of Atlantic Commercial Real Estate, LLC. 

50 Kerry Place is a single story masonry and steel frame building totaling 30,240 s/f on 2.7 acres. The property is located near Rtes. 1, 1A, 27, 109 and I-95.
