Hughes of New Dover Associates, Inc. handles $5.4 million commercial condominium unit sale

Framingham, MA Scott Hughes, president of New Dover Associates, Inc., exclusively represented the seller, Christa McAuliffe Charter School Foundation, Inc., and procured the buyer in the sale of the commercial condominium Unit Number 3 at 135-139 Newbury St. for the purchase price of $5.4 million.

Unit No. 3 (also known as 135 Newbury St.) in the 135-139 Newbury Street Condominium is a free-standing 20,119 s/f commercial condominium with parking, signage and access to the Mass Pike (I-90), Rtes. 30, 9, 27, 126 and 135.
