Hughes of New Dover and Gordon Real Estate completes $1.1 million sale

Framingham, MA Scott Hughes, president of New Dover Associates, Inc. and James Gordon and Peter Gordon, principals of Gordon Real Estate represented the seller and procured the buyer in the sale of 929 Worcester Rd. for the purchase price of $1.1 million.

The seller was CARU Framingham, LLC and the buyer was AAMLAX, LLC in the sale transaction.

929 Worcester Rd. is a landmark multi-tenanted office building totaling 18,258 s/f and conveniently located along the westbound side of Rte. 9 near Edgell Rd.
