Marlborough, MA Scott Hughes, president of New Dover Associates, Inc., represented the landlord, Yellow Brick, LLC in transacting three leases totaling 50,016 s/f at 630 Forest St.

Galvion Soldier Power, LLC leased 15,010 s/f and Galvion LTD leased 19,968 s/f of office, assembly and warehouse space. Robert McGuire, managing director of JLL of Boston, represented Galvion Soldier Power, LLC and Galvion LTD.
