Natick, MA Scott Hughes, president of New Dover Associates, Inc. and Nina Crowley of Boston Signature Homes co-brokered the sale of 21 Strathmore Rd. for the purchase price of $3.9 million. The seller was GMG 21 Strathmore Road, LLC and the buyer was Sunshine Technologies Holding Corp. 21 Strathmore Rd. is a fully air conditioned office/R&D building comprised of 15,504 s/f and located in the Natick Business Park.
