Scott Hughes, president of New Dover Associates, Inc., and Tina Brzezenski of Reading, co-brokered the sale of 80, 88-90 and 100 Main St. and 370 South St., for the purchase price of $3.3 million.
80-100 Main St. and 370 South St. comprise a 3.65 acre business zoned land site near the intersection of I-95 (Rte. 128) and Rte. 28 (Exit 38B -Main St.).
New Dover represented the seller, South Realty Trust, while Brzezenski represented the buyer, 100 Main Street Reading LLC, in the sale transaction.
