Hughes of New Dover Associates, Inc. brokers $2.2m sale for Westwood Cloverleaf, LLC

Scott Hughes, president of New Dover Associates, Inc. represented the seller, Westwood Cloverleaf, LLC, and procured the buyer, 12-16 Southwest Park Realty, LLC, in the sale of 12-16 Southwest Park for the purchase price $2.2 million. 12-16 Southwest Park is a free-standing single-story 14,785 s/f office/flex building situated on .97 acres with direct frontage on Rte. 1 and convenient access to I-95. Suburban Service Corp. of Norwood, which specializes in the design, installation, installation, service and maintenance of commercial and residential heating and air conditioning systems, will occupy all of 12-16 Southwest Park.
