2-4 Mercer Road, Natick, MANatick, MA Scott Hughes, president of New Dover Associates, Inc. brokered the sale of 2-4 Mercer Rd. for the purchase price of $3.9 million. New Dover Associates represented the seller, Nivek Investments I, LLC, and procured the buyer, 2-4 Mercer Road, LLC.
The property is a fully air conditioned office/R&D building comprised of 17,875 s/f on 1.4 acres in the Natick Business Park.
