Marlborough, MA Scott Hughes, president of New Dover Associates, Inc., brokered the sale of 630 and 686 Forest St. The sale price for 630 Forest St. was $3.8 million and the sale price for 686 Forest St. was $900,000. The sellers were 630 Forest Street Realty, LLC and 686 Forest Street Realty, LLC respectively and the buyer for both properties was Yellow Brick, LLC.
630 Forest St. is a fully leased, single story 50,000 s/f office building on 6.2 acres and 686 Forest St. is an adjacent land parcel of 8.35 acres. Both properties are fully leased to Verizon New England, Inc.
