Hughes of New Dover brokers $455,000 sale of 1,160 s/f building

John Hughes, associate, of New Dover Associates, Inc., brokered the sale of Building Two of The Springdale Green Condominium, 2 Whiting Rd., on behalf of the seller, Sarni Nominee Trust, for $455,000. Building Two is a free standing, 1,160 s/f office/retail condominium located in the town center. Dover Eyes, an established optometry practice, will join existing tenant Zoots Corp., a well known dry cleaner, in Building Two. New Dover Associates, Inc. procured the buyer and was the sole broker in the sale transaction.
