Hutchinson and Pappas of Charter Realty secure 25,600 s/f lease
1225-1395 Liberty Street - Springfield, MASpringfield, MA According to Charter Realty & Development Corp., Carol Hutchinson, tenant representative of Fallas, worked with Angelo Pappas also of Charter Realty and Greg Lurie of Creative Realty to secure a lease for a 25,600 s/f location in Springfield Plaza, 1225-1395 Liberty St.
Fallas stores offer a wide selection of brand names and private label clothing for men, women, boys, girls, juniors, toddlers and infants. Along with clothing, Fallas stores also offer a wide selection of lingerie, shoes and home décor.
Hutchinson represents several properties in Conn., Mass. and Maine.
