Anderson joins The Wilder Companies as director of new business development

Boston, MA According to The Wilder Companies, the national retail real estate leasing, management, and development firm, Shelley Anderson has joined the newly created position of director of new business development.

Anderson will be responsible for developing retail real estate opportunities to expand the company’s portfolio of open-air centers throughout the eastern portion of the U.S. Her focus will be on existing center acquisitions, exploring joint venture opportunities with existing owners and growing the company’s burgeoning third party services business. Anderson brings a track record of sourcing and delivering transactions in all retail focused asset classes on both the east and west coasts. Most recently she was at Pacific Retail Capital Partners in El Segundo, Calif. where her focus was on the acquisition of regional malls and lifestyle centers throughout the U.S.
