Hutchinson of Ballow and Hutchinson Realty Group, Inc. brokers $1.2 million sale
Raynham, MA David Hutchinson of Ballow and Hutchinson Realty Group, Inc. completed the sale of a 5.38 acre parcel located at 1296 Broadway. The land which is located at the corner of Rte. 138 and Elm St. West at the Rte. 495 interchange, sold for $1.2 million. The buyer, Skyline Marble and Granite of Middleboro, plans to move to their new location in the late spring of 2017.
