IFMA a update: Massachusetts Maritime Academy Campus and Ship Tour

 

 

Boston, MA On May 29th Massachusetts Maritime Academy (MMA) hosted a facilities management and engineering networking event for multiple industry organizations including IFMA Boston. The evening included tours of the hands-on learning labs, buildings and the new Patriot State training vessel. MMA cadets lead the tours and provided unique insight into what their typical day entails both on shore and while out at sea. The evening wrapped up with a cocktail and networking event.

IFMA Boston held its Spring Golf Classic at Red Tail Golf Course in Devens, MA on June 17th and despite the rain, it was a great day of golf and networking.

DETAILS OF THE DAY:

  • 9:00 - 9:30 a.m: Volunteers and Sponsors Begin Arriving
  • 10:00 a.m.: Registration and Grab and Go Lunch Boxes
  • 11:00 a.m.: Shotgun Start (Scramble Format), prize holes throughout, raffles, and gifts for each player
  • 4:30 p.m.: Networking Reception (cash bar)
  • 5:00 p.m.: Dinner
  •
