IFMA Boston New Member Spotlight: Chacon, Tripp and DeLeon

Fanny Chacon is a notary public and business manager who has over 10 years’ experience in property management and real estate. Chacon is bilingual (English-Spanish) and has knowledge in affordable, federal, state and local housing regulations. In addition, Chacon is an expert at handling monetary transactions, invoicing, coding, posting, subsidy vouchering, budgeting, capital assessments, special claims and recertification process. She is a certified C3P, COS, CMM, TCS, BOS, CMH & FHA and a member of the following organizations: National Notary Association, National Association of Professional Women, National Center for Housing Management, Spectrum Enterprise, Inc., New England Affordable Housing Management Association, National Affordable Housing Management Association, and Greater Boston Chamber of Commerce.

Luke Tripp is the owner of Lookout Security System, Inc., which has been in business for 25 years. With over 30 years of fire alarm industry experience, he has done installs throughout New England for hundreds of commercial, institutional, residential, educational, life science, and municipalities. Tripp has never failed an inspection and is highly regarded by various fire departments and municipalities as a leader in the fire protection industry.

Felix DeLeon is a facilities manager overseeing the custodial and pest control operation at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology. DeLeon currently holds a bachelor’s in accounting and finance from the University of Buffalo and is pursuing a master’s in facilities management from Wentworth Institute of Technology.
