IFMA Boston update - site tour of the amenities at One Lincoln St.

Members of IFMA Boston’s Think Tank Committee along with our Annual Partners participated in a site tour of the amenities at One Lincoln St. and then came together to formulate topics for the 2026-2027 program year. The amenities were impressive from a rooftop lounge area and basketball courts to high ends spa services and a comprehensive gym system, the evening did not disappoint. Next up for the leaders of IFMA Boston, putting together the schedule of programs for next year. 

On February 26th Robb LaBossiere of BXP presented a Leasing 101 webinar focusing on facility managers and what they need to know about leasing. 

Code Red Consultant conducted a webinar on NFPA 241 for the Chapter which covered all aspects of the firecode as it relates to construction, alteration and demolition operations.
