Integrated Bldrs. to build Chambers Collision Ctr.

Holliston, MA Integrated Builders has been selected to construct the 80,000 s/f Chambers Collision Center at 11 Bartzak Dr.  on behalf of owner Herb Chambers. The Integrated Builders team includes project manager Bob Purdy, project superintendent Michael Croteau, and assistant project manager Barbara Frazier who will collaborate with Regent Associates, Inc., Architects on the design of the building.

The new Chambers Collision Center will have three distinct functions including a 50,000 s/f collision center, a 15,000 s/f service center, and a 15,000 s/f wholesale automotive parts department. Integrated Builders will deconstruct the existing building to its core, and concrete floors will be removed in order to install drains that will lead to a 20,000 gallon holding tank and a 6,000 gallon holding tank underneath the surface of the outside lot. The building will feature 3 overhead doors, 25 vehicle lifts, and 5 paint booths. There will also be a new mechanical system installed in the building including CO2 exhaust systems with monitoring. 

Additionally, Integrated Builders will perform extensive site work including a repaved parking with additional drainage and light pole bases.
