Integrated Builders awarded 80,000 s/f interior office renovation project by Harris Corp.

Integrated Builders has been awarded an 80,000 s/f interior office renovation contract by Harris Corporation at 150 Apollo Dr. Harris Corporation, headquartered in Melbourne, Fla., is an international communications and information technology company serving government and commercial markets in more than 150 countries. Integrated Builders will renovate the Chelmsford offices of Harris Corporation. Renovations include interior office space, training room, a computer room, new carpet, reconfiguration of drywall partitions, ceiling and new paint. The project is scheduled for completion in May. Integrated Builders will work in close collaboration with Mark Forth, managing director of Boston architectural firm IA Interior Architects. "We're very pleased to have been awarded this 80,000 s/f interior renovation contract by Harris Corporation at 150 Apollo Dr.," said Jay Dacey, president of Integrated Builders. "We're very familiar with the area as we have completed a number of renovation and interior fit-up projects on Apollo Dr." Integrated Builders has completed a two-phase, 133,500 s/f interior construction project at 300 Apollo Dr. for the corporate headquarters of Aspect Software, a leading provider of customer service, collections, sales and telemarketing solutions for contact centers. Most recently, Integrated Builders completed a 13,000 s/f interior office fit-up project at 300 Apollo Dr. for Intersil Corp., a world leader in the design and manufacture of high-performance analog and mixed-signal semiconductors. In addition, Integrated Builders is nearing completion of a 22,000 s/f interior fit-up at 300 Apollo Dr. for MRV Communications, Inc., a leading provider of packet switching, packet optical (P-OTS), physical layer and out-of-band networking equipment, services and optical components for high-speed carrier and enterprise networks and specialized aerospace, defense and other communications networks.
