Integrated Builders breaks ground on 30,000 s/f dealership

Rockland, MA Integrated Builders has begun construction on a Prime Hyundai dealership on behalf of Westwood-based Prime Motor Group. Located at 1022 Hingham St., the new 30,000 s/f facility will replace the former Blue Cross Blue Shield office/manufacturing warehouse that is currently located on the project site.

The Prime Hyundai dealership project scope includes the demolition of the existing 100,000 s/f building. The new, single-story dealership will feature a 27,000 s/f, 12-foot, curtain wall glass showroom and office space, as well as a 3,000 s/f storage and parts mezzanine. Additionally, the new development will have designs and finishes that are consistent with the Hyundai brand.

The Integrated Bldrs. team, led by superintendent Herb Volpe, project manager Brian Kidder, and assistant project manager Karen Murray, will work in close collaboration with architects The Curtis Architectural Group, structural engineers Flood Consulting, and mechanical/electrical/plumbing firm Environmental Design Engineering, Inc.
