Integrated Builders completes $11 million 58,000 s/f BMW and MINI dealerships for Gallery Auto Group

Integrated Builders completed construction on the new BMW and MINI dealerships on behalf of Gallery Automotive Group, with a total project cost of $11 million. Located off Rte. 3 at 1040 Hingham St., the new 58,000 s/f BMW and MINI facilities replace BMW Gallery of Norwell. The high-visibility site along the Rte. 3 corridor at Exit 14 is being developed by A.W. Perry, Inc. Integrated Builders provided construction management services and utilized a design-build contract with The Curtis Architectural Group throughout the project. As the new home for BMW and MINI on the South Shore, Gallery Automotive Group has harnessed the superb visibility and high traffic volume that the location offers. The dealership utilizes high-end materials and finishes that are consistent with the distinguished BMW and MINI brands. In addition, the new location provides expanded space for over 400 vehicles, more than 30 service bays, and multiple charging stations that cater to the electric vehicle market. Notably, the new dealership includes innovative design features such as a second-floor 'Jewel Box' - a glass enclosure that highlights eight models from the BMW and MINI lines. "We are thrilled to announce the completion of the new BMW and MINI dealerships, as they provide a highly-visible and easily-accessible hub for quality automotive sales and service in the South Shore market," said Jay Dacey, president of Integrated Builders. "With a superb location and the incorporation of unique features including the 'Jewel Box', charging stations, and expansive vehicle space, the development provides an exceptional addition to the Gallery Automotive Group portfolio." 1040 Hingham St. provides easy access to Boston and all points on the South Shore via Rte. 3.
