Built in 2006 and located at 10 Memorial Dr., GTech Center is the latest development project in downtown Providence, totaling 210,000 s/f of Class A office space. The building, which serves as world headquarters to GTech Corp., is owned by U.S. Real Estate LP, an affiliate of USAA Realty Company.
Integrated Bldrs. worked with the landlord and completed the following projects: 4,000 s/f for The Virtus Group, a financial services and insurance company; 20,000 s/f for Ameriprise Financial, a financial advisory and financial planning firm; and 6,500 s/f for the law firm of Brown Rudnick LLP.
All the projects were designed by Vision 3 Architects.
"In addition, we built the elevator lobby and corridors to accommodate tenant fit-up on the 10th floor of the building," said Jay Dacey, president of Integrated Builders. "These were great projects for some of the country's top firms. We're very excited to have completed them on time and to the complete satisfaction of our clients."
