IREM Boston Chapter's winter report

Many thanks to our chapter members, and friends, for all of their support during 2014. Our 2015 year will be just as busy and exciting. CPC Management, LLC is sponsoring a "How to Read a Set of Plans Seminar". Keep tuned for date, place, and time of this new seminar. In addition to our classes and seminars Nancy Reno, our mentor coordinator will be reaching out to our up and coming members with help and guidance as they pursue their IREM track. Candice Morse chair of the professional women's committee has a jobs fair, health care fair, and fashion show in the pipeline. Jonathan Donahue is in charge of our annual leadership speaker series. In addition, Owen Ahern will be the moderator at IREM's first panel discussion event on the Boston real estate market. Our charity for 2015 is Dr. Christopher Awtreys Group at Beth Israel hospital. Dr. Awtrey specialty is women's health issues. So when we call for players and sponsors of our annual golf tournament and other events, please be generous for this worthy cause. Colleen Costa, CPM, ARM, is president and principal of CPC Management, LLC, Kingston, Mass. and is the 2015 IREM Boston Chapter president, Boston.
