IREM CT chapter holds RES201 course and ETH800

Wallingford, CT The Connecticut Chapter held the Managing Residential Properties (RES201) and (ETH800) was held at Belfor Property Restoration. The courses started on November 2, and finished on November 11 with the final ARM exam. 

The students immerse in 5.5 day course covering residential site management from A to Z, including enhanced content to address the unique needs of affordable housing and student housing!

 The ARM certification is regarded as the most recognized credential for residential real estate managers, and the ARM track experience will get you one step closer to earning it. The ARM track explores key concepts related to ethical real estate management and reviews the following key competency areas related to effective residential site management: human resources and relationship management, property financial management, maintenance and risk management, and marketing and leasing. 

Once the student completes this ARM course and pass the final ARM exam they become one step closer to becoming and Accredited Residential Manager with the institute. 

With many new potential members attending, Larry Johnson a long-time instructor for the Institute of Real Estate Management organization, led the class. Johnson was the Boston chapter president in 2000 and organization region 1 RVP  2001-2002.
