IREM National president Goss addresses Greater RI Chapter

On December 7 IREM Greater RI Chapter 88 of the Institute of Real Estate Management hosted a visit by 2011 IREM National president Ronald Goss, CPM. He addressed chapter members at its December meeting held at 1149 Restaurant.
Goss remarks focused on key initiatives IREM is undertaking to keep members abreast of the latest trends, techniques and technology in real estate management.
Goss is president of RPM Management Co., Inc. He is also senior vice president, a director and secretary of RPM Management's company Rector Phillips Morse, Inc. Goss's areas of responsibility include leasing and management of commercial/retail, multifamily, condominium, and office building properties. He is a long time member of IREM's Arkansas Chapter 64 and has, over the years, held numerous leadership positions with the chapter, including that of president. In 1986, he was honored by the chapter as its "CPM of the Year."
Goss also serves as vice president of the board of directors of the Little Rock Community Mental Health center; a board member of the Arkansas Conflict resolution Association, past chairman of the Lonoke Community Center and an over 20 year arbitrator with the Arkansas Better Business Bureau.
Goss also installed the chapter officers for 2012. Installed were Richard Hitt CPM, as president; Anthony Natale CPM, as president-elect; Gisela Medek CPM, as 1st vice president; Kerri Furtado, CPM, as treasurer; and Sherry Kriss CPM, as secretary.
The chapter donated toys for children through the Toys for Tots program. Staff Sergeant Jose Avillo represented the Marine Corps and received over 100 toys to be distributed to Children this Christmas.
