IREM's Fall Leadership Conference, October 11-15 in San Diego

The Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM) invites commercial real estate managers and allied professionals to its 2011 Fall Leadership Conference slated for October 11-15 at the Hilton San Diego Bayfront Hotel, San Diego, Calif. The conference brings together real estate management industry leaders in a dynamic, interactive forum that examines major industry issues, challenges and opportunities; stimulates idea sharing and leadership development; and, much more.

The Conference features a wide array of program offerings, including:
* Education sessions led by industry, academic, and other expert presenters on topics ranging from saving money with sustainable maintenance and developing winning negotiating strategies to creating a crime-free property and effectively managing the next-generation workplace.

* Keynote addresses by Dr. Jeffrey Kaplan, a recognized expert on building relationships for leadership success, and Janine Driver, the nation's foremost body language expert and New York Times bestselling author of "You Say More Than You Think: A 7-Day Plan on Using the New Body Language to Get What You Want!"

* An array of IREM governance meetings as well as diverse social and recreational events ranging from a golf tournament to benefit the IREM Foundation to an inaugural gala dinner honoring IREM's outgoing 2011 president Ronald Goss, CPM, and incoming 2012 president James Evans, CPM.

Registration and Travel Info
The discounted conference registration fee for IREM Members "which includes all education sessions and activities, an evening gala, a lunch, and several other functions" is $595 for registrations received by September 1, rising to $695 thereafter. The discounted registration for non-members is $875 until Sept. 1, rising to $900 thereafter. Day pass and student registration also are available as well, special hotel rates at the Hilton San Diego Bay Front hotel have been arranged along with discounted airfare on both United Airlines and American Airlines.
