Valbridge Property Advisors | Italia & Lemp is led Lemp and Italia who will now be senior managing directors of Valbridge. Valbridge | Italia & Lemp employs a staff of 13 persons, including one other MAI. Each Valbridge office is managed by an appraiser who holds the MAI designation of the Appraisal Institute.
