J. Calnan to build 100,000 s/f technology center for Parexel
J. Calnan & Associates, Inc. was awarded the pre-construction and construction management services for Parexel. The building, 2 Federal St., is owned by RREEF.
This project will be a collaborative effort between Parexel; project manager, Fox RPM Corp.; architect, ADD Inc; construction manager, J. Calnan; engineer, RDK Engineers and technology consultant, The Coven Group.
The new 100,000 s/f technology center includes the complete interior demolition and renovation of the entire building with the exception of the lobby and other core areas. The new and renovated spaces will house a new 7,000 s/f data center, including the lobby and office areas with custom design features. This building will also be LEED Certified.
"This project marks the eighth project along the East Coast for this global pharmaceutical leader," said Jay Calnan, president.
