Jack Conway purchases Medfield Properties Real Estate Company

Jack Conway, Realtor has purchased the highly successful Medfield Properties Real Estate Company. The acquisition, which is part of Conway's ongoing expansion efforts, follows on the heels of the firm's recent purchase of Shell Pointe Realty in Onset Village. The new Conway-Medfield sales center opened for business on Oct. 1 under the direction of manager Monica Dupre Donnelly. Medfield Properties was owned and operated by Gloria Yankee, Connie Sweeney and Joan Snow, who built a reputation for excellence in their marketplace for the last three decades. "It's an honor to join forces with Connie, Joan and Gloria, and the entire team at Medfield Properties," said Conway CEO Carol Conway Bulman. "They are true professionals with the highest degree of integrity, and we share the same mission when it comes to real estate - treat customers honestly and fairly and we've done our job well." "We are very excited about joining the Conway organization and happy that our agents are coming with us," said Sweeney. "This large, independent real estate company is a perfect fit for Medfield Properties. We will now be able to expand the breadth of our services to buyers and sellers, maintain our international relocation connection, and continue our commitment to the communities we serve." Conway VP of marketing and operations Al Becker believes the new Medfield office will strengthen his firm's presence in an area just outside its current footprint. "Conway Medfield will give us a foothold into new growth opportunities in an area that is similar to the communities we serve now," said Becker. "It will be positioned between three existing Conway offices and help us expand our services into the Metro Boston area."
