Jackman Commercial Realty sells 66 units for $3.5 million

According to John Jackman, CCIM and president of Jackman Commercial Realty, Inc. the firm has completed the sale of 66 residential apartments in Londonderry and Litchfield. The sale price was $3.5 million. The property included a total of 10 lots. 8 lots in Londonderry improved with 8-6 unit two-bedroom apartments plus an additional vacant lot of about 6 acres. In Litchfield, the property included one lot improved with 3 buildings totaling 18 units (17 2-bedrooms and one 1-bedroom). "The improving economy and the still high demand for rental units have made the multifamily investment market a positive move for both buyers and sellers," said Jackman. Jackman represented the seller and facilitated the transaction for the buyer, BS Southside Manor, LLC.
