Redstone completes sale and leases in Vermont

Duncan Harris of Redstone represented Silverlake Wealth Management in the lease of office space at 33 Blair Park. Duncan procured the tenant, Vermont Kin as parents. Harris also represented Foster Real Estate Development in the sale of 23 Pond Ln. in Middlebury, a fully-leased 17,000 s/f office building. Harris procured the buyer, Remora LLC. Doug Nedde of Redstone represented Catamount Holding Co. in the lease of a 5,000 s/f industrial/showroom space located at 740 Marshall Ave. to Green Mountain Imports, LLC.
